Auto Draft Policy I understand that when enrolling in an annual, ongoing membership program of PRO5 Baseball Academy that I authorize my credit card or bank account on file to be automatically drafted each month throughout the length of the contract. Following the initial length of the contract, the contract will auto-renew unless otherwise specified. It is up to the client to know the ending dates of the contract. Each credit card transaction will have an additional 2.5% fee.

Refund Policies I acknowledge that the PRO5 Baseball Academy has a NO REFUND policy.

Player Injuries I acknowledge that I must continue to pay my monthly installments to the PRO5 Baseball Academy if my son is injured less than 90 days. If my son is injured more than a 90-day period and cannot participate in on field and off field activities, I am only responsible to pay 50% of the total annual fee.

Suspensions or Academic Ineligibility I acknowledge that I must continue to pay my monthly installments to PRO5 Sports Group, INC. if my son receives a suspension due to the breaking of team rules, ejection from a game, dismissed from practice, does not meet PRO5 Baseball Academy Academic Standards listed on the previous page, or is disrespectful towards coaches and authorities such as umpires or parents.
